Necesito usar un framework MVC (puede ser Spring framework o algún otro a convenir), para desarrollar una aplicación Web. La aplicación tiene 3 modulos: 1) download de informacion () y almacenarla en una base de datos; 2) procesar esa informacion 3) mostrar resultados. Deberá tener dos perfiles: usuario y administrador. El usuario debe registrarse, realizar y recuperar consultas. El administrador configura los parámetros de la aplicacion. No se requiere una documentación detallada, pero si que exista un acompañamiento permanente en el desarrollo del software porque pueden existir cambios o mejoras.
