We are a small company, established a year ago, with lots of expenses but no income yet. We have started setting up Xero but need help getting it just right. Once we have it set up, we will start the data entry process to key in a year's worth of receipts so we can claim back the GST we have paid. You must know XERO and you must understand and have experience of Australian accounting/book keeping. The company uses XERO for book keeping. Most data is in XERO except one BAS payment which was made on a my personal creadit card and not yet claimed, I do not know how to enter this. There are a total of 211 transactions in the system since May 14th 2013, The system only needs sorting out from July 2013, most entries are correct, the errors are that entries for credits were entered as a new receive money transaction 17 of them and not invoices that were then payed (this may not be a problem) there are also out 4 standing invoices that were payed and are in the as bank transactions. The payments may also be incorrectly entered as new money out and not invoices...
