Raspberry Pi 4 footprint is available online. There are some modifications required for the footprint.

I have a very simple project in Fritzing which should be turned into a KiCad-project. We need an engineer to transfer these over to Altium, add parts (specified on a schematic we will give you) to our existing BOM and check the Engineering over. The subject board is hosting a MCU with various connectors reaching other boards involves LED driving and sensor feedbacks. Old schematics and layout are available in Pulsonoix; revised schematics is done in Kicad 5. Expect layout to be completed in Kicad 5. It's a 4 layer board.
