we are a workshop, especialist at mold making we need a programmer for milling has a huge experience in mold making using powermill.
What is required is 2 x DXF files (2 x 2440 x 1220 sheets to be cut), with 2 Jpeg files (or similar) that match the DXF file that I can review). I have the source artwork (each of the logos separately) in EPS / ai / DXF / etc, just need the 4 separate files combined into the two DXF files, resized to fit a 2440 x 1220 sized sheet (a file that can be supplied to a CNC machine for cutting (also require the "cutting line" to be included). What is being cut/removed from the sign is the lettering, etc, with the remainder of the sign to be retained. (PDF attached with the rough layout of what is needed)

The project is about cutting Teak wood using a 3-axis CNC router to make furniture parts for which G-code is required. The stock material will be teak wood in a rectangular shape having a size of 1 - 1/2'' inch more than the part's size from all sides. Also, each part will be having separate stock, and all the stock is expected to be arranged on a CNC bed to cut the parts at one setting. I will be providing 3D models of parts (see attached files below) Further, I need a plan on how these stocks/parts should be clamped or arranged on the CNC bed to achieve the desired 3D model shape. I am looking for multiple 3X6’ designs of butterflies and flowers that tell a story. This will be cut with a CNC machine and backlit with lights. This will be used for a long driveway. Instead of a traditional block wall driveway with light posts, I decided to use art for pillars. There will be a 15-20’ gap in between each art piece. I will upload pictures of art that I found online to give you a better idea, but I am looking for more of a custom design that will portray a story as you go down the driveway. I will need about 20-30 of these designs.

What problem I want to solve: I am developing a software solution that is generating and optimizing cutting lists from rectangular sheets. I want to be able to export the cutting list to XML or CSV files that will act as instructions for the CNC beam saw postprocessor. Problem Test & Replication: I already have some software that is generating this XML/ CSV file so I can help with generating the file with the different inputs so that the output can be understood more easily.
