I'm in need of a skilled Spanish interpreter to assist in resolving a workplace issue. The main objective of the interviews is to resolve a conflict, so the interpreter will need to be adept at maintaining neutrality and professionalism. Key Tasks: - Conducting phone interviews: You'll be interpreting for 6-10 employees, who will be sharing their perspectives on the issue in Spanish. - Providing English translations: Once each employee has spoken, you will need to provide me with an accurate, clear translation of their statements. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Fluency in both Spanish and English: As well as being able to interpret accurately and efficiently, you should have a strong grasp of both languages to ensure that the translations are faithful to the original statements. - Conflict resolution experience: While you don't need to be a professional mediator, having a background in conflict resolution or experience in handling sensitive situations would be beneficial. - Professionalism and neutrality: It's crucial that you remain impartial and unbiased throughout the interviews, helping to ensure a fair resolution to the conflict. This project is expected to take 2-3 hours and will be scheduled after 3pm, in Batavia, IL.
