I have been in recruitment for the majority of my career and have worked internally with recruitment and HR BPO organizations. I am familiar worth sourcing tools and with many types of job specs and candidate profiles. I am happy to have a conversation to discuss in more detail.

I have been a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Associate, which gave me the opportunity to be the top Recruiter of a business process outsourcing (BPO) company for two consecutive years. My achievement noted the lowest attrition rate from my recruits and highest share of hires based on the standard requirements of our clients. Moreover, I am familiar with the usage of various Human Resources software such as Taleo, People Soft and Oracle.
