Market analysis & Segmentation - HR

Hi, I'm looking for someone who could do a market analysis on perks and benefits given to employees in EU / US / Canadian multinational companies (based on published surveys, reports, etc... basically information published on internet): - what kind of benefits are given to employees? and per employees (if applicable) - how the benefits are distributed? (lump sum, perks, mark system, etc) - what kind of benefits are preferred by the employees? also taking into consideration the generations, positions in the company, etc... => are there differences between generations (millenials, X and Y generations, older, etc...) regarding the preferred benefits? then I would need a customer segmentation: by generation, age, family situation or position in the company finally I would need a detailed report on how the analysis and segmentation have been performed.
