My goal is to make the ESP32 in client mode look for the device's Mac and make the automatic connection, I can make this connection normally through the ble Scan application and bluetooth terminal software, for more details I'm available.

For each device found the scanner must store in an array: MAC address, UTC timestamp, RSSI, Raw data (Advertisement Data max 31 bytes and Scan response max 31 bytes) When the scan finish send the array to a TCP socket server. If the server did not acknowledge or the TCP connection to send the array fail, must store the data and try to send it again at the end of the next scan. We need to add support for auto printing receipts (this means the receipt should print automatically...should print automatically without any confirmation prompt or input from the user) from the application to the following printers: Epson, Star Micronics TSP.
