Software for interpreting live camera feed, http GPS data and reporting

Two parts to program:   When program opens you are asked to choose between two options:   Option 1: Connect to Camera Directly for Setup Option 2: Connect to Receiver   Work on option 2 to start with and then option 1 (as it’s less important)   Option 1: Connect to Camera Directly for Setup   For this option connect to the router that is located within the camera.   On the screen will be a live camera feed, and a few buttons and numbers displayed.   Display the customized live feed of the camera with overlay mask denoting where sides of road/lane should be and the cross line across the road for the trigger point.   Live video feed will be found at this address: [login to view URL] with customization field for lower resolution etc.   Data relating to cross line can be pulled off camera via ftp and plotted over the screen.   There will be a check GPS button and the GPS location will display on the screen as well as on the top of the live view in the meta data section.   Option 2: Connect to Receiver   This will be more complicated than the other option and will need to contain a lot more features.   First off it will contain four tabs that are selectable at the top of the screen.
