Killer Artist for iPhone Game

I’m looking for a damn great artist for an upcoming iPhone game. I wanna keep this brief so here’s the scoop: The job will be separated into two parts. The first part involves concept art and character development. The rest of the job will be focused on developing the game itself, complete with milestones and deadlines to adhere to. The art style itself is very fun, colourful and cartoon based with a dark post-apocalyptic theme.
