2D Game Artist Needed for StartUp Company!

Hey there,
We're a startup looking for an awesome artist to work with us ongoing. We have around 6 to 10 real simple projects in the pipeline and want to bring someone on board who believes in what we believe.
COMPANY: We believe in making the dull moments in our users' lives more entertaining - from sitting on the train to waiting in the queue at Starbucks - we aim to create beautiful looking games that provide players with short bursts of joy and delight, while allowing them to challenge themselves and their friends too.
THE JOB: We have around 10 games in the pipeline and we're looking for someone who wants to be a part of our startup moving forward. Eventually we'll need an art director - this could be YOU :).
For now we're testing the market and are looking at a budget of $100 to $150 per game, but this will increase as you become a more important part of the company and help it to grow!
We're looking for someone who:
* Creates great 2D art in a variety of styles (think Cut The Rope, Jetpack Joyride and Dumb Ways To Die)
* Speaks great English & takes pride in their work
* Has created video games before (iOS or other platforms)
