Good evening, I would like to do this very much. I have 15+ yrs of experience in customer service, so I won't get scared easily ;), plus my patience has been trained to level titanium. Excel is very familiar to me, so that poses no problem either. All the requirements I fulfill, so hopefully You will see my proposal and we can start working together.
