Hello, The Quickbooks Online has their API/Web Service in SOAP/XML format, and the SDK wont work for this Web Service. So, my recommendation is use the VBA instead of C++ which is easy to manage and to parse. I am not sure what method you plan when using C++, do you mean it as a VBA DLL Reference?
