Project scope: We already have the engineered stamped building plans, anchor bolt plans, and foundation plan. We also have a site plan completed. We need someone to complete a couple of steps to get our permit approved. You must be an expert of the 2012 IBC as ALL MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE IBC.
- We are looking for someone to complete our plumbing plan to include location of the water supply, waste, vents, fixtures, accessibility. This plumbing plan must be in compliance with the IPC.
- We also need a comcheck done as required by 2009 IECC and Georgia Amendments
-Check the requirements for number of parking spaces required
-Check our site plan to ensure the setbacks are correct
- Statement of Special instructions pursuant to 1704.3 of the 2012 IBC
-Mechanical plan showing source of heat (window units)
-Ensure building construction type, use, and occupancy classification is correct
