Hi there I'm in need of someone who can modify a Wordpress shopping cart to enable ordering of fractions, like with fabric where you might want to buy .2 of a metre, or .6 of a metre. Obviously inventory would need to be adjusted according to the fractions ordered. There needs to be a select box either within each product or via a category that will determine if the product is able to be purchased in fractions or not. We are currently running a WordPress site with full version MarketPress, in which it allows users create their own sub-sites. On these sub-sites users can post their digital products for sell. There is a built-in function in MarketPress that the admin can set in WordPress Dashboard, allowing a certain percentage of fee (eg. 15% of the profit) from all sales in all sub-sites goes to the main site admin's paypal account. What we want to achieve is to allow certain sub-sites bypass this fee, while 15% of all other sub-sites' sales goes to the site admin.
We have a site currently running in WordPress latest version with the full version MarketPress plugin. A theme called SimpleMarket is used as the parent theme of the site. There is a MarketPress function called mp_items_count_in_cart(), which is used to display the number of items currently in the shopping cart. But this function does not make the number update instantly. I would like to make this function somehow works in AJAX way so when I click "add to cart" on a product, the number can update instantly with the current theme. This function, when using in a different theme called FrameMarket, is working perfectly to update the number instantly at its demo site's header.

They do not flow with the theme and I need them to flow better so they do not look out of place. This is not a difficult task for someone who knows what they are doing. I need a payment gateway for PayPal Adaptive Payments, specifically Chained Payments. I have not yet selected a commerce plugin, but I am leaning toward MarketPress or Woocommerce. I can go with other packages if they are easier to write code for. The standard PayPal gateway that comes with the commerce plugins is not enough, we must have the added functionality of Chained Payments. This should be written as a plugin, separate from the commerce plugin, so future upgrades to the commerce plugin do not disable the custom payment gateway.
