RESPONSIBILITIES Writing and updating content so well that your work eclipses every other WP industry site out there; Educating, informing and delighting our readers and members about all things WordPress; Understanding and implementing the WPMU DEV content strategy; Performing your own in-depth yet efficient research to produce highly engaging, long form blog posts and tutorials; Self-editing – You double, triple check your grammar, tone and especially, your tech, all before you hand in your work. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Perfect, clear, engaging English that’s both a pleasure to roll through and super easy to read; A technical geek – ideally the Picasso of code or at the very least willing and able to figure out technical specs yourself; A keen understanding of SEO and content marketing principles; Self-driven and motivated to hit deadlines and meet ongoing metrics; Have a portfolio of WordPress-related writing work; Ability to write a strong, heavily researched and engaging blog post in under 10 hours, or an Ultimate Guide in under 20; Someone that wants to, and will typically work 40 hours per week.
