WordPress Advanced Access Manager plugin need help asap

i have beed trying to set up the Advanced Access Manager for my "demo" site and i simply can not get it to do what i want very simple: i am not tied to Advanced Access Manager if you know a better, quicker way to hide ALL admin menu buttons (but one) in WprdPress admin..let me know. the task: i want admin (me) to have a full WP admin menu when i log in. i want users (non admins) to ONLY have access to 1 single link in the WP admin menu. Simple we thought, be we CAN NOT get it to work. we have a store plugin and this is the demo, i don't want people messing with the rest of the WP admin...only the single link to our plugin. need this yesterday..lol thanks garfield: WP Online Store.
