I need a WordPress expert to help customize the following template: [login to view URL] Please study the template before responding to the project. You will need to create a Child Theme to protect changes from being overridden by subsequent theme updates. You will also need to create a parallel site to cater for another language, i.e. the website will be presented in 2 languages. You do NOT have to fill up the text (and pictures). You just need to set up the framework to enable me to edit the website with ease. Give it your best shot !
