I am looking for someone to build me a wordpress plugin. The plugin to be a contact form that can be either insert into a sidebar or on a page within the blog. The plugin would be controlled by a radio button. Select page or sidebar The plugin will have a "control panel" in the admin of wordpress where you can: 1. Ad the mailform handler script 2. Add new fields (email, name, subject, text box etc..) 3. Be able to add the form ID fields so the form can work with different auto-responder softwars (get response, aweber, etc... 4. I need the pugin to have the option of sending the contents direct to 1 or more email boxes (up to 5 other email addresses. 5.I need an option captcha to be placed at the bottom of the form. You would be able to control if it shows or not through the plugin control panel.
