Immediate opening for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our IT Services team. In this role, you will deliver remote desktop support to our customers which would include standard hardware and software support for Office 365 portal creating users, updating passwords, adding apps to computers as needed and so on. Will need to be good at troubleshooting issues like laptop sound and built-in camera for web conference calls, PDF apps support (Adobe, Bluebeam, NitroPro) online conference apps (webex, zoom, google meet). Job Responsibilities: You'll be responsible for end user setups during onboard and end user disable for offboard plus maintain computers in Windows 10 desktop environment. Able to deliver Azure Active Directory and exchange along with firewall support as needed Configuration and support of printers (adding/updating) in a Windows network environment Support and troubleshooting of common desktop applications to include, but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, Bios, VPN, Antivirus and Host Intrusion Prevention, eID and Smart Card middleware and hardware. Perform remote desktop support utilizing remote assist applications (Comodo, Anydesk, Logmein, etc.) Help document & follow processes, procedures, knowledge articles related to support environment. Must be familiar and have previously used support ticket system to log and manage user communication updates. Support daily availability will need to be eastern time zone 7am-6pm Strong expertise with Office 365 portal and antispam, Azure and AWS expertise (not needed) would be plus
