Reverse Auction Bidding SAAS Platform Revisions

We have developed a Web Based SAAS platform which allows buyers and sellers of Telecom & IT Equipment and Services to jointly participate in e-procurement events ranging from e-RFP to live Reverse Auctions. The platform has gone through 3 development cycles and is commencing operations with its first few beta clients. We are in need of a developer who is experienced with this type of system to support the continued development of the platform. Work will range from adding features and capabilities to fixing glitches to technical trouble shooting. We are just completing version 3 now which includes enhancements not in the video but similar. We are interested in beginning on an hourly basis with the right development partner but may choose to convert to project billing once both parties have established their capabilities and understanding of each others needs.
