Website revamp

I am looking for a skilled web developer to revamp my website and help increase conversion rates. The main goal of this project is to implement a membership model Project Overview This is to redesign current wordpress website. The basic idea is to have most of the current product and technology contents, but make a social networking and marketplace site, with tools for the members and customers to collaborate on design services. 1. The website will offer my Orthodontic design software and implant design software (desktop app) in a membership model. 2. We will offer free tier, implant tier, orthodontic tier and combination tier. 3. We will provide a social media community for the users, and have the users list their products and services in the profile pages. 4. On top of that, we will allow them to list their design services with a price, so the web site visitors may be able to place orders. This is a multi-vendor market place. We will split the income. 5. The list of design services: a. we may not allow free style listing. We may need to have predefined types of listing, the freelancers can only select from the defined templates and add additional comments. This will let us control the quality later. 6. We will let users signup as freelancer designers. a. A freelancer can list design items b. A customer can place order, and make purchase. Every order should have a estimated delivery time associated. c. For every single case, the customers will upload files and fill-in some forms (requirements and technical/clinical details) 7. Case management: A messenger/client app integrated with the store will be used to collaborate and communicate on the case, so they can send files to each other, until the final design is received, and the customer mark the case is done. We have another messenger GuideMia gTok. Users can choose it for offline communication or their internal process, but this is NOT integrated with online case management. NOTE: a design case is relatively simple, and range from $5-$300, so it is just a task management, not a project. 8. A predefined workflow and case status tracking will be used for the users to manage cases. There are two aspects of this: a. Case tracking b. Case QA. We will define a complete requirement for QA purposes. A case must have all the information or procedure finished before the case can be marked as complete. 9. Themes and plugins for membership and social networking 2. Plugins for Freelancer design service market place 3. Plugins and tools for messenger: this messenger will be used for the freelancer designers and customers, so they can share files back and forth. We need 3D STL/PLY files preview (using plugins or custom develop) With all those considerations, the first stage of this project is to fully implement the membership model, and turn on the social networking and marketplace tools so that they can be compatible (even if not fully functional)
