Video Analysis Website for Educational Institutions

I am in need of a professional web developer to create a video analysis website tailored towards use by educational institutions. Key Features: - I require the video analysis functionality to operate on a frame-by-frame basis. This is a crucial aspect of the website that will need to be developed. Primary Audience: - The primary users of this website will be educational institutions. It is essential that the website is designed to meet the needs of this audience in particular. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in both Strapi and React is essential. I am expecting high standards of UI/UX design, and a smooth, user-friendly experience. - Experience in developing video analysis tools, ideally with frame-by-frame analysis capability, would be highly advantageous. Video Game Analysis using Strapi/React Situation: I have the game video on YouTube, link hidden. I want to be able to analyze the game, in which I do the following: - New analysis - Insert Date, Home and Away Team, level, competition (Camp., Cup, Phase X...). OK - In the future, you should alternatively choose an existing game from the previously created statistics. - In the analysis I must include a link to the YouTube video - I should be able to stop the video and insert a NEW annotation, which will detect the time the video is in, save it and allow me to add text - It should be possible to add multiple annotations to the same game video - In each new note you must record the analysis - If you do not insert video, there must be a text box to describe the game - There should then be a page that allows me to click on the various notes in this analysis and the video jumps to the right time. .---- This a project for my internship, it's supposed to be very simple
