I know there are a lot of opensource CRM, and would like to ask someone who can help us to set it up for our company working. Ideally, we want the following function: 1) able to manage email on web; 2) able to convert email as enquiry and follow up the enquiry on per client basis; 3) able to send quote and invoice base on template; 4) able to set up internal tasks to follow up; We are using inmotionhosting and not sure if anything can using this resource to set up the web. Our current web is using wordpress. thx
