I want to create a custom web application for providing ratings and reviews. (Similar to Rottentomatoes/Glassdoor). I already have the UI-UX screens/templates created. I need an implementation/development partner with very strong technical skills. People who are bidding should absolutely provide the below information. Anything with the standard template bidding response will be rejected. 1. What is the technology stack you suggest. 2. Why do you suggest the technology stack? 3. What are the alternatives considered? 4. Time/Cost to develop a site like [login to view URL] which are used to review/rate movies. 5. What is the size of your team. 6.
