This is a simple assignment to create a database. I would like a simple website designed for "The Hire Me Company" based in Cape Town, South Africa. The company logo is attached. The website must have the ability to capture and categorize the entries under 6 main headings. Plumbing Electrical HandyMan Landscaping Cleaning General The website is portal designed to capture information of service providers for screening ahead of being admitted as users to the HireMe platform. Service providers from the following categories can input their details. 1. Name 2. Category [Select from Drop Down] 3. Profession [Type in Text] 4. Address [Select from Google Map interface] 5. Phone Number All information is for data collection purposes and the HireMe Company does not offer any of the services listed nor employ any of the service providers who appear. What is HireMe HireMe is a platform designed to connect unemployed skilled tradespeople with the existing market amongst home and business owners for maintenance and repair type work. Everybody has something they would like fixed at home or the office but call out fees from traditional service providers from the yellow pages can be prohibitive as much as R500 before any work is done. HireMe seeks to provide an affordable alternative by disrupting the pricing model of traditional service providers by providing a platform for a job seeker to connect directly with opportunities from the residential and commercial sector. Hosting details will be provided at a later stage.
