Bakery Order Delivery with text message notification

My domain is registered by godaddy. I have made basic websites before but this project is outside my skill set. I need a menu interface where people can order a cookie or cupcake, and I would then be notified via text message so I can then deliver the item. I would like the ability to add and remove items from the menu. Customers should be able to enter their address, and the system add a travel charge based on $0.50 per mile their address is from my address. I would like to use square to accept payments. Although not necessary, I would be interested in accepting bitcoin as payment. I would like a mobile version of my website as well. I also want the ability to have a large indicator on the website that shows "baker is in" or "baker is out". That I can easily trigger so the customer will know if delivery is available at that time.
