Convert PSD template to HTML Template for importing to MailChimp

We have PSD template of a newsletter that we want to turn into HTML for adding to mailchimp as a template. We can provide all links, images and text descriptions not necessary, however we do need the ability to enter information in them as well as add or reduce the sections as needed. You'll see what I mean if you look at the example attached. Brand section should be individual images so I can add/delete as necessary. I know very basic html so can do that, however converting the template is beyond me. Fluid width would be good (but not essential) so it won't look too bad on mobile devices. I've never done this before so if you have any questions please let me know and I'll answer asap.
