Website in HTML / ipad and desktop versions needed

Hi I have a simple photography website which needs a complete rewrite from Flash to HTML so it can work on more devices. The new site will need to be optimised for Ipads and iphones etc and be simple and fast. You will most likely need to build one site for mobile devices such as the ipad and one for desktops as the images may use different scrolling. The ipad site will use finger gestures to scroll while the desktop version will use a scroll bar. Knowledge of jquery might be useful for the ipad site. My current website is flash and is essentially still what I am still after, except we are loosing the flash opener page and writing the code in HTML and making it ipad friendly. When it loads on an ipad the images should use finger gestures to scroll. my website for reference www.jeremypark.com.au. ( as noted, ignore flash page opener.) I have built a photoshop document which includes all the elements of the site already. I have attached that file for viewing as as reference. Note some layers are sample layers, for example... how the images will look. I would like to keep my the current website overall look and style without the opener page. There would be 5 pages, 4 identical build with images on a sliding bar ( i.e all in a row) and one slightly different page but with the same buttons for contact info. There would be links between pages that might be buttons based on branding or my custom font as seen in the PSD. I have all my images ready to provide to you web ready. I have my logos and associated branding all ready to go too. There is a PDF link on the contact page which would need to link to a PDF download. Other links are simple email and website links. There are 3 external links. It should load the images in an optimised way and be able to rotate for ipads. I have a list of keywords I would also like in the website for google searches. The successful bidder should advise on these types of optimisation. The design will allow me to update images to my server easily myself. I do not mind if that means I have to lock in the number of photos on each page. I have some skills in using FTP etc and currently upload images to my flash site. I have posted this job before and had 2 freelancers who have not had the knowledge to develop ipad app fail at delivering the job. So please don't put in a bid unless you have access to an ipad and can test your work.
