Design 2-Page HTML Responsive Site

Hello, How are you today? Please I will like you to design two pages of a website for me. You will design the home and one inside HTML pages of the website. The website will be responsive. You will also design the Facebook header and twitter cover for the website. The cost will be $40 or less for this project. Thanks. Chinedu **************************** Here are some GROUND RULES for this project: **************************** 1. I am a perfectionist. I will push you until I get what I want. 2. I will give you you modifications I want in the website. I will appreciate if you do ALL the modifications I am asking for. I HATE repeating myself. So if you will not do all the modifications I am asking for them I will have to get someone else to work for me. 3. When you do the modifications, I may still keep asking for modifications until I am okay with the sites. 4. Please I will appreciate if you help me so that I do not repeat myself or ask for the same things to be done twice. 5. I will also need you to do Facebook header cover and twitter background and/or header covers for the website. 6. I am a website design also. This website that you will design is for a client. So when you are done, I will ask for a few days to present the site to my client for him to see to give me his inputs. I do not expect much inputs from him since I believe that we would have achieved a lot in the overall website concept. 7. I will not release any payment for this project until the full completion of the project. 8. I will appreciate if you can handle more than 1 websites for me. Actually I have to do the following websites within the next 2 weeks: * 2 shopping sites * 3 wordpress sites * 6 html sites So you see, I have several jobs to get done. So I need someone who can do a lot of projects for me. But if you are fast, we can complete this website project within 5 working days. But allow me a few more days to present the website to my client for his views.
