Website Design - PSD Layers and Bootstrap HTML

Berwick Saints Basketball Club is a not for profit sporting club. We are looking at launching a fun, modern looking website to promote the club, players and general information about the club. What we are looking for - 1. Produce 1 home page layout. We have started with a sample of information at [login to view URL] We are after a background that might be similar to - [login to view URL] . You can see the header has a feint logo within it and the blue background has a pattern. 2. Produce a sub page layout for other information. 3. Create layered PSD that we can use. 4. Convert the layered PSD into Bootstrap template HTML. 5. Produce alternatives for using a navigation on the left versus the top. 6. Put in a placeholder for user name and password entry for future use. Want it in design from start. 7. The site design must be able to work on mobile platforms like iPhone, iPad, Android phones, etc. With minimal scaling issues. You will see the logo and club colours from the [login to view URL] site. I can also send you details as needed. We need all HEX colour values used on the site you design. We will choose based on someone who responds that has obviously read our requirements and has samples easily available that show similar work.
