web graphic layout, design and coding - repost

NOT accepting bid from designers/coders of Pakistan and India for this project. I already have a homepage mock up that I am happy with, it's here: [login to view URL] Budget guidance: $80 Deadline: 3 days This is what I need done as part of this project: 1. Create the above file in Illustrator or Photoshop, and make small adjustments for me. I only have the file in the above JPG format currently. The adjustments may include modification, creation, or deletion of graphics, texts and layouts etc... 2. Create 3-4 more pages with matching styles for pages such as "FAQ", "About", "Order" etc... and create a page to incorporate the content of this questionnaire and style the texts and a sidebar according to my specification. 3. complete above and send me final PSD and JPG file for approval, upon which, you will code it into clean HTML compliant file with external CSS with complete and clearly identified tags. The final HTML pages shall be cross-browser compatibility tested for all major browsers. 4. The project completes upon approval of final HTML files.
