I would like a WAY better site than this. You should really review all the sites above to get an idea of what we expect. 3 - All graphic contents (keeping to the layout) that will make [login to view URL] a professional, visually appealing, easy to navigate website. Whatever images you feel are necessary, whatever stylesheet you need, etc... The site must be 770 pixels wide and overall left aligned. 4 - (5) Images for the titles on the left column 5 - (2) Images for the titles on the right column 6 - (6) additional images similar to the ones described above for when we make changes and additions in the future. Note: This site must be fully completed on our servers before payment is made. We have had too many problems with programmers recently with incomplete work or just leaving us high and dry. We will need to have this working on our servers before releasing payment. You will be paid once the work is done, but please take note of this before bidding as it is a requirement. We are a 15 year old company and we always pay. If you fail to meet your dealines, we will post a 1 rating and we reserve the right to cancel the project.
