Redesign from HTML to BusinessCatalyst

Project description : [login to view URL] is a real estate investment club and operate on a local basis in the province of Quebec in Canada. This is a 5 people business and the business is mostly done by the founders and an associate. The club offer service to almost 10000 members which offers: 1) coaching/mentoring on a personal basis (50 to 100 people) 2) Monthly events in 2 different cities 3) 20 real estate training course that span from 3 hours to 3 days. Training are given in two cities and as much as 50 peoples can join on a single event The actual site is almost 10 year old and need to be refreshed. SEO The most important aspect of the site is the SEO. The site rank first page with very competitive unique keywords on [login to view URL] and google.com. Main 3 keywords are « immobilier », « formation immobilier », « investissement » So the site structure and architecture (titles, Meta description, text, and inner links) must be preserved as it is right now. We will make change gradually, after the redesign. The only exception, is that we need to change to a friendly url structure and use 301 redirection from /[login to view URL] to /pagename. seoMoz reports that there are over 200 errors, missing meta tags, title etc… which I will correct myself. The site We have decided to migrate the site to BusinessCatalyst for its ease of use. Unfortunately, I’m a software architect and C# developer and don’t have no artistic, nor CSS and html skills!! I have put up, on my businesscatalyst account a starting point for the site at the address ciiq2.businesscatalyst.com. I have built a home page template and a generic page for the rest and I started transferring pages from the original site. Actual site is old technology, with lots of table.
