Create a simple design mobile responsive

We are going to make a website wich is very similar to [login to view URL] in terms of functions & features. However we wan't a design that is very simple and professional, and for this we wan't to get badly inspired by the website [login to view URL] Your mission will be to design first 7 pages that is working on all browsers. You will have to send us drafts before creating the html pages so that we approve them. Once this is done you will have to work on a mobile version design so that our website shows well on all kind of design. Mobile version will be a little bit different, as you can see even [login to view URL] has some small differences on mobile in order to give the best user experience to the users. The design pages needed are: -Homepage -Categories -Auction -First login -Member area -Winners. You will have to design a logo define a graphic chart and respect dimensions and structure on all website. Please have a look at the drafts to get an idea. The homepae/categories/auction draft we wan't them to be very similar, the rest you will have to adapt it to our design. Please note that dimensions, spaces and structure are what makes this design pretty simple and pro. You will have to provide all html pages/css/psd and an invoice through freelancer. Failure to deliver the design as requested on time will result in milestone not released.
