build auction style site

build a website that will let me host sellers on the Site to sell their products to the public. I want it to be similar to Amazon with a fixed price listing and have a great search database. I would like for buyers and sellers to be able list feedback for each other. and of course I want it to be a sight for buyers and sellers sign up and create Logins. initially the site will only sell one product example let's just say it were tennis shoes. being able to break it down by brand or color, men, women, children's etc .allowed buyers and sellers to email back and forth with email address is being private .all payments going from the buyer to the company and the company paying the seller similar to the way it is done on Amazon. I know that there is a lot of options type script out there that could probably work and then just need to be tweaked a little for specifics.
