eBay Store Design

Hi, We require someone who can design ebay stores and code ebay listings in ebay. You must have experience in designing ebay stores. Ebay Template Design, ebay Custom Header Design Brochure design The ebay shop must have a minimal ebay look. All pages, should look same when the category links are clicked. So OUR design must be kept consistent throughout clients ebay shop. You must know how to implement ebay code so the client can have scrolling feedback on the banners etc. You need to show uswhat we mean. You MUST have experience within ebay and derailing with ebay stores. We really need people who know ebay rules and policy regarding what HTML/CSS/JAVA is allowed.
