1915 auction design/layout creation

I need a layout designed for my new auction website.... Here is the information that I posted for my programmer, but the designer should use this information in creating the homepage, a page for forums and a page for other information You are creating 3 pages and the maximum amount for this listing is $50 I need an html file, and there must be a place for banners, username and password text fields, the colors are bright, the css is to be used heavily instead of images, and images are used only when needed, this is to make the size small, if it will conform to xhtml, then it would be nice, or I'll convert it to be xhtml compatible. For the layout, I would like to have a search utility in the top right corner of all of the webpages. I would also like navigational menus on the right and the top of each page. Please create an attractive header that can be placed in the top left corner of each page as well. For the homepage, I would like to have a layout similar to that of the homepage on www.e46fanatics.com. Instead of the “member feature” section, I would like to have an option where I can input an image url from a “for sale” listing and have it appear in that area. I would also like to be able to add a title from the auction and a short promotional statement. This advertising space would be sold but I will do that manually. I would also like to have the “sign up for the newsletter” utility in the same spot + location as on [login to view URL] but make it say “Sign up for the Mailing List” instead. On the left side of the homepage, I would like to sell advertising spaces so please add 4 small “button (120x120)” advertisements on that side and have another skyscraper advertisement beneath the button advertisements. If the skyscraper advertisement sticks out from the rest of the page, then please just divide up that skyscraper into 1-2 smaller banners that will fit on the page without sticking out from the rest of the stuff on the homepage. Currently [login to view URL] has a large picture on the homepage and other small “recent news” sections below that. Please include a picture like that, but make the picture modeled after the picture on [login to view URL] (so it shows links of categories and stuff). I would like this picture to be larger so it gets the most attention from the viewer. *** If you aren't good at this or think that it will take too much of your time, please let me know and I will get someone else to do it for you as long as you give me the dimensions that you want and the general color scheme. Since I wont be around after this week, you can just leave that space blank if you can and I will get the picture done for you when I get back ****** Below that picture, please add a “Recent News” section where the admin can submit updates regarding the service and stuff like that. The homepage should display the title along with the first 80 characters (divided up into 2 lines) of the article. Visitors should be able to click on the title and then be directed to a page where they can view the entire article. On the “What's New” section, I would like it to say this text: Register for [login to view URL] and join our growing discussion community or start Buying, Selling or Trading! Directly below that text, I would like to have 2 sections “Latest Discussion Topics” and “Newest Listings”. In both of those sections, I would like you to display the 5 most recent listings listed on our website and the 5 most recent threads that have been posted. I would like to have a similar menu on the top left corner as in [login to view URL] but please make our menu more prominent. Also, please make the menu options: “Home” “For Sale” “FAQs” “Forums” “Help” “Image Hosting” “Advertise” Please make the navigational menu appear on all of the pages on the website.
