Build serverless website - real estate scraping, CRUD

Need to build a website similar to: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The site is a marketing page (landing page) with a custom form for lead captures. Website functions needed: - Live chat - login/account creation - contact us/email/phone number - market overview and blog - glossary terms - tenant profiles - ability to click on individual property to see more info and then request more info - Airtable backend for GUI for tracking 2 types of data: 1. form submissions 2. data being scraped (see below) Website form parameters: - location: city, state - tenant name and sector - price - price range: min/max - cap rate range - min/max - lease type - NNN, NN, modified gross, ground - property id# - tax free state I need a script that will scrape the property listings of the following sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The script needs to scape the sites once a month. Loopnet's detail pages have varying fields, so when the scrape is performed, some records will have data fields that will be empty. Please visit Loopnet prior to bidding to ensure that the scrape can be performed as I have requested. Loopnet does require a free basic registration in order to search. I understand that because Loopnet/Crexi records do not display every field, there will be instances when the fields will be empty in the database. It is important that the script continues to work and is not discovered by the site as a bot/spider. Data points to scrape: Tenant name + sector city + state price cap rate credit rating lease type lease years remaining year built Tech stack needed: Serverless JAMStack - React - Netlify (serverless) - Airtable The Netlify functions will be used for backend CRUD operations with Airtable. Airtable is being used to avoid a database, as well as the ability to utilize a Excel-like GUI for viewing/editing the data being scraped and the forms data being submitted.
