Choose Best Opinions From 1,000+ Pages

Hi. For a review, I have almost 1,400 pages of opinions about economy from newspapers, blogs, etc. And I'm looking for someone to choose the best of them. A lot of those 1,400 pages are blank spaces and page breaks, because it was copy/pasted from the internet directly. If you remove the blank spaces, I think it would be like 600 or 700 pages. All of that is in english, and in DOC files. For the best I mean funny, coherent, intelligent, clever, etc. I would need to just highlight the best paragraphs, opinions or even sentences and little bits. The estimate would be paid 30% in the beginning, 40% in the middle and the rest for the job completed. Thanks. I'm uploading a 2 pages example of the material.
