30 PR3+ Links 1 Way

We currently run a network of football (soccer) related sites. We require simple linkbuilding for our flagship site. We require 30 x pr3+ one way text links from football/sports related sites. These links will be divided into 6 giving 5 links each for 6 subpages. Also each of these 5 links will be for a set anchor text. The guidelines for these links are set out below: 1. The links must come from pages with high Google PageRank value (No grey or less than Google PageRank 3) Permanent one way keyword rich descriptive text links. 2. All links must come from websites with relevance to my website. 3. All links pointing to my website should be static hyperlinks or home page of the other website. Redirecting links are not allowed. 4. Don't submit to websites where my website is already listed. 5. The pages where links to my websites will be listed should be reachable from the home page of the other website within 2 clicks. Links from deep pages are acceptable depending on traffic and Google PageRank. 6. You will ensure that the links contain the correct anchor text; URL is typed correctly and resolves to the correct page. 7. You should respond promptly to email, and communicate effectively with link partners. Preferably you should also have access and be able to use MSN Messenger for communicating progress with the project leader. 8. Links from sites containing illegal, racism, porn, hate, offensive, or immoral materials are not acceptable. Links should come from websites within the client’s industry. 9. Links from links directory under Casino, Dating or Pharmacy sites are not acceptable. 10. You will not submit to Free for all (FFA), guest books, blogs, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. 11. All process should be honest and manual. I discourage the use of automated linking soft wares. 12. I do not accept any instant link. 13. Page from the link is provided should not have more than 50 outbound links. 14. Only one link is acceptable per domain. 15. You will submit a report weekly regarding the progress of your work although I expect the work to be completed within 14 days maximum. 17. You will not submit My websites to major search engines or major directories, unless you receive direct permission to do so. 18. You will not participate into any commercialprofessionalweb rings links exchange program like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. Not only will we cease working with you but will consider legal action for any damage done. 19. I will have the right to cancel the links if not under these conditions.
