Outlook Add-in: Viewing Access Databases in Outlook

The purpose of this add-in is to allow the user to display two access databases ‘in’ outlook. The add-in needs to add a new tab, labelled Databases, to the main outlook ribbon. This tab needs to contain a dialogue box launcher and two buttons; one labelled Finances and the other Goals. The dialogue box launcher will display the ‘Settings’ form (see attached image 1) When one of the two ribbon buttons are clicked, the relevant access database will be displayed in outlook (see image 2 for a rough example of what I want). The database is to be displayed exactly as it would when viewed normally (by opening in access). <b>IMPORTANT NOTES</b> I've had some troubles recently with hiring freelancers (on this site as well as on other sites) so I now stipulate the following terms: 1) I will award the project and the chosen freelancer has 24 hours to send me a list of questions that he/she has relating to the project 2) I will respond to these questions within 16 hours (including an on-line discussion if required) 3) The freelancer is then responsible to complete the project before the deadline they specified. 4) Once the freelancer has finished the project they notify me; sending screen shots or a video of it in action and I will release a 50% milestone payment. 5) The freelancer sends me the complete source code and installer for review 6) If the project meets the requirements I will release the final payment and close the project. 7) If the project overview requirements are not meet (or there are errors/bugs) then the freelancer has 12 hours to fix these. If these are not adequately fixed then I contact freelancer and get them to sort it out. This may sound pedantic but I've had a bad run with jobs being over budget, late and not completed so I've been forced to do this. The terms are non-negotiable: if you don't agree then don't bid! All bidders must include in their bid the following line: "I accept that no payment will be made until the project is completed and that all questions relating to the project must be asked before the project commences".
