Errors (EXCEL Macro and Cyrstal Decisions Reporting)

We have two errors that we need fixing. (1) We have customized software that uses Crystal Decisions Reports to display a label and allow us to print it. We are trying to move the program onto another computer, but cannot get it to work. One issue may be that the new computer is 64 BIT. We have tried to locate the correct Crystal Decisions version to get this to work, but cannot seem to do so. The error message is attached. (2) We have an excel macro enabled file (lots of macros) that will not save on one computer. It saves on most other computers. There must be some setting etc... causing this issue, but we do not even know where to start looking. We need someone to remote access these computers using teamviewer and fix one or both issues. We would like this project start right away.
