We are currently in search of a professional and friendly female receptionist with an Asian sounding accent to assist our company during a temporary period. Our regular staff member is on leave, and we need a dedicated individual to step in and ensure that our call handling and some administrative tasks are managed smoothly and efficiently. This position is remote, and the selected candidate will be working from home. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls with a professional and courteous manner, representing our company's values and ethos. Making outbound calls on behalf of the company to clients, partners, and other stakeholders as required. Managing and directing calls appropriately, including taking messages and ensuring they are passed on to the correct person or department. Handling basic administrative tasks that may include scheduling appointments, updating records, or managing emails as needed. Providing excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues where possible. Requirements: Fluent in English with a clear, professional, and friendly Asian accent. Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role, with excellent references. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle calls calmly and effectively. Must have a quiet working environment, a reliable internet connection, and a computer/laptop with necessary software to manage tasks and calls. Available to work during the specified hours required by our company, with flexibility for occasional additional hours if needed. Quick learner, able to adapt to new systems and procedures rapidly.
