I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with administrative management tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in email management, data entry, and social media management, graphic editing. I do not have a preferred software or tools for virtual assistance tasks, so I would like the freelancer to suggest the best options. I anticipate needing virtual assistance for 40-56 hours per week (8hr per day) You will need to be fluent in English and extremely efficient in communication. We need someone who can find contact information of tasks (for example "find the emails for all directors of fashion retail stores that stock streetwear brands and New Era caps in Belgium"). You will be working between several industries: Fashion (Streetwear) and Watches (Affordable and Luxury) primarily. It is important that you are able to do a trial period (unpaid) of 24hrs to confirm you are able to work on this project. Our monthly budget for this is $400 a month (every 30 days you will be paid from when you officially start). Should you be good you will be required throughout the year.
