English Speaking Customer Service Agent – Calls, Emails, Chat Support in FRANCE -- 2

I am looking for a resourceful and experienced Customer Service Agent to handle critical components of my business. At the forefront, the primary tasks will be managing a virtual phone system, providing extensive email management, and offering highly active live support chat. Key responsibilities include: Virtual Phone System Management: * Handling all incoming and outgoing calls through our virtual phone system. The candidate must have experience with similar systems and have excellent phone etiquette. Extensive Email Management: * Sorting, responding, and managing a considerable email load. You should have experience with prioritizing, categorizing and using effective email management tools and techniques. Highly Active Live Support Chat: * Engaging with customers through our live chat support system. I need someone who can be highly active during business hours and can address inquiries promptly and professionally. Ideal candidates should have a high level of attention to detail, outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in customer service. Familiarity with my specific needs - namely a virtual phone system, extensive management of professional emails and a highly active approach to live chat support will be advantaged. A flexible availability is required as the nature of these tasks often requires swift responses. Your skill set should allow you to manage multiple tasks efficiently without compromising the quality of output. Candidate Profile: Fluency in English Must have previous/relevant customer service experience and like it Must be able to work full-time in France (valid Visa) Experience in customer relations, a great sense of service, and customer satisfaction Active listening, good writing skills Empathy, compassion, Flexible, organised, and a team player Contract - Full time 36h week + training Operation hours can go between 8-20h (Rotative shifts) Job is onsite ONLY Candidates must be based in and around Paris, France
