Hi, I'm here to tell you why I would be perfect for this Virtual Assistant position. I have a few years experience working as a Customer care representative for Claro and data entry experience working for Windalco. I have worked with AT&T tech support during my stint with Accenture for 3.5 years, wherein I received inbound calls involving internet related issues, I had to walk them through the troubleshooting and ensure that their issue was resolved during the call. I was consistently top performer on floor and won a lot of incentives. I love to talk and interact with people as I possess excellent communication skills. (both verbal and written in English).I had excellent CSAT and first call resolution enhancing the customers experience. Given an opportunity, I would like to push my limits and deliver the best. I am willing to work for 40 hours I would like to get in touch with you to get a clear picture on what exactly we would be doing here to enhance the customer experience. Would it be inbound or outbound.? How many customers do we handle in terms of calls or emails? Is there a specified handling time etc.
