Display video on a website

Hello Freelancers, I am looking for an individual to work with me - please no third party companies. What I intend to do with my existing website is to include the capabilities for my clients to watch movies. Movies need to be viewable from Android, iDevices and Laptops (Windows & Mac). I need to know what is needed to make this happen and 3 basic webpages that I can host on my server of a movie (I will provide the movie) that can be played back on all 3 aforementioned devices. I want the playback player to be of good quality and I'm willing to purchase software and anything else that will do this function. I need someone who is experienced in this type of work and will guide me. I have web design experience myself and am looking for assistance in my quest to make this happen.
