Edit many clips into one video with music

My name is Jackson and I own a social media business here in Australia. I currently take photos and videos and edit them to create content for my multiple clients. I am growing and doing so much that I cannot handle the load myself and need someone to edit my videos, which would be on a weekly basis. At this time, I want two videos edited so I can post in the next few days. I am wanting to find a video editor I can rely on, as I have on going consistent work and want to work with someone who will be able to learn and understand what I want. I am willing to work side by side with a company who also wants to do this! I have lots of footage that I want made into a 2-4min video. Around 70 clips (only 3-5 seconds each). I would like to have the video exported in 4:5 and 16:9 vertical sizes so I can upload straight to facebook & instagram. I've attached one clip so you can see what kind of client I have and what each video looks like! I am looking for colour correction, simple & seamless transitions while putting music over the top.
