migrate Excel VBA forms and code into VB.net

Hi, I am well versed with both VBA as well as VB.Net Winform and can help to port the VBA to VB.Net. When it comes to porting it all depends on is it just a lift and shift or you would also like to leverage the power of .Net framework. In lift and shift, some of the syntax should also work in VB.Net, however at times it would help to also utilize some of the inherent features of .Net framework.
